I want to use Telnet/SSH. How to enable it?
In your Control Panel there is a link for Activating the SSH. Depending on the hosting plan you could be allowed to use SSH or it will be fobidden for you to use it. If using SSH is forbidden you will have to make a payment - one time fee. To find out what's the amount of the one time activation fee please contact the sales manager.
If you are allowed to activate your SSH, you will receive an e-mail with information how to use it.

Can I run background processes in SSH?
We do not allow background processes running in SSH. The background processes slow the server a lot.

What's the difference between Telnet and SSH?
Telnet is unsecure connection to the server. Via Telnet hackers and other people can spy on you and steal the needed information to hack your website. Secure Socket Host (SSH) is secured Telnet connection. No one can spy on you while you are using SSH.
